Refund Policy

Due to federal and local laws we will not be able to receive medication back after they were dispatched, if for some reason your order did'nt show up or got damaged - we will issue an immediate refund or send another package as per your request. You should also check your local exportation laws regarding Generic medication, some places might disallow such an export.

We will ask of you to first allow the 24 business days from the day of the order was sent to pass, After you did not recieve the package or if you got notifed by customs that your package was stalled or returned to the sender, email us to refunds@V-Medical.com and we will take care of your request promptly.
