What are generic drugs?

Generic medications are non-branded versions of drugs that were originally sold under a brand name. A generic drug has the same ingredients, composition and strength as the brand drug. It is used the same way, affects the body the same way, and has the exact same side effects (or lack thereof) as the brand drug.

The only differences between generic and brand name medications have to do with marketing decisions: the pills might be a different shape and color, the package will probably look different, etc. The drug inside is identical.

How can your medications be so cheap?

Generic medications are always significantly cheaper than brand ones. The company that first develops a drug depends on the profits from selling the drug to cover the (often very high) development costs. When another company starts manufacturing the same drug it has no development costs to cover and it can price the drug much lower. Online retailing saves further costs and allows for the most affordable prices.

How do I order prescription drugs?

When you place your order, you will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire. The questionnaire will be reviewed on the same day by one of our affiliate doctors. When you are approved for use of the drug you ordered, your package will be shipped out.

Where do you deliver to?

V-Medical serves globally and will ship your medical products to any address worldwide.

How long until I receive my order?

Since the pharmaceuticals suppliers of V-Medical are located in India, the shipment may take up to 14 days to reach you if you are in the United States or in Europe (where most of our customers come from). Delivery averages 10 days.

What are your shipping policies?

Quick and simple

With standard shipping, your order will be shipped, and delivered within 7 to 14 business days (for brand pills) and 7 to 24 business days (for generic pills) from when the order is filled, depending on your whereabouts.

Express shipping is available for generic pills only, and will have your order to you within 3 to 10 business days from when the order is filled. We will notify you by email if there is a problem with fulfilling your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your product is shipped out.

How does express shipping work?

Express shipping is currently available only for generic pills. With express shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 10 business days from the day the order is shipped. If you order multiple products, we will do our best to ship everything together via express shipping.

However, if this is not possible, we will ship what we can via express shipping, and the remainder of your order will be sent via standard shipping. If express shipping is not available in your location, you will receive an email from us advising you as such.
