Tadalafil is an oral drug used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction
(impotence). It functions by allowing an increased blood flow to the penis,
which makes it easier to attain and sustain erection during sexual
stimulation.
The Cialis pill should be taken at least
30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse. It remains in effect for as long as 36
hours.
Side effects associated with use of Cialis
tend to be mild and usually do not require the treatment to be stopped. However,
Cialis should not be used by men who are not allowed to have sexual intercourse
for medical reasons (e.g. certain heart patients), by men taking certain other
medications (such as nitro based medications), or by women.
